Ian Hall - Principal has overall responsibility for implementation and supervision of conveyancing procedures.  Although not directly connected with the day to day running of individual cases, Ian has a number of specific functions in the overall process.

Jannine Jenkins – Having worked for some years in an administrative capacity, Jannine has now completed her Legal Practice Course and is a Trainee Solicitor at the firm.  Jannine has extensive experience in dealing with the mechanics of conveyancing in a support capacity which, together with her qualification and matrimonial fee earning experience, provide her with a specific expertise and is the fee earner designated to deal with all conveyancing cases which have arisen as a result of divorce/family break down/estate administration.

Sandra Jones - is an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner who deals in all aspects of conveyancing fee earning. She  has day to day responsibility for liaising with brokers and other intermediaries in respect of conveyancing work.

Lynne Merriman - provides Conveyancing administrative support in particular Lynne is responsible for dealing with all financial inputs and outputs with regard to conveyancing matters, and liaising directly with the firm’s Accounts Manager Geoff Smith.

Tracey Smith - provides out-sourced administrative and secretarial support.  Based out of the office, her primary function relates to urgent or out of hours typing as well as other overflow secretarial functions.

Geoff Smith - is the firm’s freelance Legal Accounts Administrator.  Geoff has over 30 years experience in the intricacies of legal accounts and deals with all internal reconciliations and other issues pertaining to Accounts Manager.  Geoff deals with all IT implementation and development within the firm.
