 Obtain redemption statement

B - Mortgage Offer:

 We aim to complete a matter within 7 days of receipt of mortgage offer.

 Send mortgage offer to the client

 Set completion date

 Inform all parties of the completion date

 Ensure all mortgage conditions are complied with

C - Completion:

 Lender sends funds

 Confirm all amounts with the current lender

 Finalise completion

 Pay any balance to the client.
